We had a wonderful time in every aspect of our stay at your resort. I must tell you that your entire
staff without exception are your greatest asset. Everyone was so very friendly and always happy.
We have stayed at some of the finest hotels and resorts and have been, on some occasions,very disappointed by unfriendly staff. I can't stress enough how nice it was to be greeted each day by smiling, happy and helpful resort staff. It just made us have a happy and wonderful day as well! I booked our stay through Expedia.com and wondered if the resort could be as spectacular as advertised. I can truly say it exceeded our expectations in very way. Our room was great. The food was to die for!!! The Piton bar and nightly entertainment was well worth the 115 steps to get there!! The beach and all the activities....I guess I could go on and on but, I'll simply say, everything from the moment we arrived until we sadly had to leave, was wonderful. I'd like to make special note about some of your staff that really did a fine job and/or went out of their way to make our stay what it was: Monica and Natasha in the restaurant, Victor at the SCUBA Facility, Meno on the Walking Tours and the lady that greeted us on arrival--I have forgotten her name (she was Dutch). We have suggested Anse Chastanet to our friends and we will be back soon. Until then, we will delight in the fond memories of our wonderful family

The commitment of resort management and resort staff to the relaxation and enjoyment of it's guests is superb. The staff throughout the resort is very courteous and attentive. They Also seem very happy which makes it easy as guests to feel good.

We loved the location of the resort. Resort itself is very unique and we love that it takes you away from the outside world. Service was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
