A truly magical place, totally relaxed and fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, the bungalow room is lovely, clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. We will be back. A fantastic holiday –long awaited and well with the wait! The service here is world class –with a warm friendliness that is refreshing and a pleasure to be around. Food was excellent like eating in a 5 star restaurant every night. Our stay at Anse Chastanet has been wonderful and relaxing. We've enjoyed almost every aspect the resort has had to offer –unfortunately we weren't able to scuba. The staff has been exceptional, courteous and attentive to everything. Of special note was Ivan Silk and his cooking staff from took great are with the fact that Laura needed gluten free options. The staff was fantastic in this regard as well. This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. What makes the hotel exceptional is the service. The staff is wonderful. This was the perfect destination for our honeymoon. Our room was amazing as were the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed all meals especially those ordered while lying on the beach. We were here for 7 nights for our honeymoon. We had high expectations but the trip exceeded all. The location and natural beauty. The amenities and activities options and the people, food and service were outstanding. Everyone was kind and professional and capable. We will definitely tell all our friends about Anse Chastanet. Scuba was wonderful. We really enjoyed the dives and the staff. The staff at beach grill (lunch) was terrific and accommodating and remembering our names and room number. We have hard a very nice stay here. The food has been very nice. The food was excellent and we loved our stay here. The service from the guys on the beach was excellent too (one young and one older member of staff). So we will recommend her to family and friends. Band on Thursday night was excellent. Lunch at Anse Chastanet was delicious (better than the beach bar). We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to friends! It was just what we were looking for in this vacation –easy and beautiful snorkeling, with relaxation and good food. We loved the beach huts, welcome drinks, and refreshing mint towels. The views of the ocean, forest and pitons is incredible and what brought us to St. Lucia. It's a beautiful island and we enjoyed the peace and uncrowned beaches at Anse Chastanet. An attractive, unusual hotel –excellent service, and excellent facilities. I particularly liked room design. Housekeeping was very high standard. From arriving until we are about to leave we have been spoilt by such kind and friendly staff. Some of the little touches like the champagne on arrival; staff takes the time to know you. It was my wife's birthday and wishing her a happy day, a glass of champagne at breakfast and a birthday cake in the fridge made this the best holiday we have had and an amazing honeymoon to remember. We had a wonderful boat ride last night to cap off a fabulous week. Kristin is an excellent yoga instructor –really enjoyed her. All the staff were great and the food and presentation were outstanding. The room was great. I always looked forward to seeing Junior on the beach because that meant it was "happiness time". The dive masters captains were extremely kind, gracious and helpful throughout our stay. I loved chocolate croissants during my breakfast. It was an added bonus to stay in a hotel with a vegetarian restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We are glad we chose this hotel over the sandals –type of resort further north so in all we have very much enjoyed our holiday in spite of unseasonable weather. Service and staff are all enthusiastic and attentive. It is a fabulous site and rooms. The drinks and food prices right (didn't feel ripped off as often happens at resorts). There are lots to do and sorry I didn't get the chance to take advantage of all the complementary tours. We loved the rustic island feel of the resort. It was so quaint and peaceful. Fantastic complimentary services, great customer service initiative and improve access to Soufriere. I had a very good stay while I was at Anse Chastanet. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and doing their best to ensure we were having a good time. The beach attendant Henson, at Anse Mamin was particularly helpful. I went on the kayaking and Garfield was extremely nice and helpful. It was a very enjoyable experience overall. Anse Mamin beach was a delightful and a refuge. An excellent stay as usual and great people. Great food and a beautiful location. It is a fantastic room, food and service! Thank you all for a wonderful and memorable wedding. The environment is fantastic and the hotel just enhances the experience of southern St. Lucia. All staff was exceptional – knowledgeable and attentive and genuinely wants to excel. The dining was superb and far superior to buffet style. Beach and snorkeling gorgeous as well as plantation walks and yoga. All were lovely. I especially loved tree frogs in the footbath outside room! With thanks to everyone who has made our stay fantastic. Your bar makes great milkshakes. The Scuba Facility was great. We had the best Dive masters in Keller and Bernita. The week of diving was excellent. The food service staff was also amazing in setting up tables for the just Add Water Group every night. We had a great boat crew on the Miss Ina while diving this week and very friendly and helpful. We were also impressed by how many people remembered our names after meeting us. This is our 2nd time here and it still ranks up there as our favorites. Thank you for the 100CF tanks. A special relaxing vacation and beautiful resort. A wonderful staff all around. The hotel is an amazing hotel. As a semi-pro cyclist I was interested by your Jungle Biking. The dinner at the beach had a beautiful setting. The views are beautiful and the snorkeling is fantastic, but what makes Anse Chastanet really special are the staff – your warmth, your professionalism, your attention to detail make this place very special. Thanks especially to Carmen, Jennelle and Imelda –especially Imelda for rescuing our bear! We also greatly appreciate the room upgrade and the prosecco –it has been the best 25th anniversary anyone could have! The waiting staff and everyone were so friendly and lovely and made such a lovely experience which turned out better than we imagined. A very romantic and we felt much pampered and very well run! As you can see from the ratings, we both feel the facilities and especially the staff helped make this a truly wonderful holiday. It made our week here feel a lot longer and we go back fully refreshed and invigorated. Managed to avoid lunches as the breakfast and dinners were so good. As a strict vegetarian it is good to know that a place like this exists in the Caribbean. Ivan silk is excellent. He couldn't do enough for us – an excellent Chef. The grounds and facilities are kept up impeccably. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean and providing special touches like fresh flowers and special arrangements of the mosquito nets. I'm a mosquito magnet and had very few bites this vacation, so it must have been well managed. The staff was very friendly and facilities conveniently and beautifully located. We loved the open air room deck and ceiling fans. We liked the convenience of the refrigerator and appreciated the bottled water and fruit plates upon arrival. We liked the complimentary offerings at the hotel. Although we had a short visit and didn't get to take advantage of everything. We really liked the live entertainment each night and that we didn't have to leave the resort. The florison room was perfect for our family with 2 beds and bathrooms and large living area. We loved all open air-dining facilities with views liked buffets for getting a quick meal with lots of choice for the whole family, liked Wifi so kids/husbands could check email. Diving was accessible and excellent. All in all the staff was wonderful, friendly and took great care to see that we enjoyed ourselves. This is our 4th visit, and holiday was enjoyable as usual. The staff as usual were very helpful and pleasant. This is by far the best place we've been on vacation. The facilities and all services were great. The service has been excellent throughout our entire stay. We have never been to a resort where everyone has been so delightful, friendly and happy. Everybody has a smile on their faces from maintenance to service. The location of hotel is perfect; Piton and Sea view from our room is excellent. Overall a wonderful experience. The food was really excellent.
We have found that St. Lucia is the most beautiful island we have ever been too. I liked Anse Chastanet very much for its design and coziness and intelligence. I appreciate it very much. Beach serving was thorough, prompt and friendly. I love dancing in Piton Bar, the waitresses -what fun! I enjoy meeting all the people who work behind the scene to keep Anse Chastanet such a great place to be! I enjoy the great nightly entertainment in Piton Bar. We have been coming here for maybe 20 years and we will continue to do so due to the friendship and service of the staff and this being a first-rate hotel. We liked the improvements made in 12A better bed and very lovely. We will be back for a second visit. I would recommend to our family and friends. We have travelled very extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world. Anse Chastanet we thought was very special, the management team, every staff member and the ambience were superb. A brilliant entertainment on Monday and Wednesday with country and western band which was superb. The best breakfast in almost any Hotel we have stayed in. Your pastry chef who makes the choc croissants and the Pair au raisin has a wonderful lightness of touch. The sunset cruise at Jazz was excellent. People or staff remembered our names made us feel as though we weren't another guest and that we were building relationships. The rooms were amazing. We have never seen anything like it. Due to crazy work schedules back home, we had not taken a vacation in a number of years. Once we decided to take one, Anse Chastanet was chosen. We are so glad to have been able to come here and experienced the wonderful facilities, the "always smiling" staff and to have created the memories we take back with us. Our room was beautiful and relaxing, a little paradise. The excursions we set up were always done with great ease with the help at reception, but the place we had the most fun was at the beach, Anse Mamin, they not only provided great service and food. But we came to consider them our friends and will truly miss them but always remember them. The facilities were very nice and did not use the service listed but did do the Jazzy cruise, sunset cruise and full day sail. All were wonderful. We spent all our beach time at Anse Mamin Beach, it made our trip complete, wonderful time and amazing memories. The staff there is second to none! My impression is not only that everyone is nice to clients but also kind to each other and that makes for a wonderful community. People are helpful without being solicitous. Good diving equipment and very thankful. I am glad to see some staff truly enthusiastic at diving and the joy of being in/under the water. It is catching. Beautiful architecture. The setting and place is magnificent in a unique was. All the touch points were personal and natural feeling. We thought the staff was great. Nice people taking pride in their job. The food was good. We like the shades and yellow bulbs. The décor is great because it comes from (or appears) personal vision. We like the use of wood with reference to boat decks, sea, island life without being trite or Disney or corporate. We also like the fact that Anse Chastanet seems to resist the pull of the media, no telephones, television, it is a big plus. Our 10 year old daughter a New Yorker didn't mind that at all! It was great. We will be back to swim in your beautiful water. A delightful escape, please don't change. The staff are trained to serve and smile well done. Exceptional service and very pleasant and attentive staff. Hotel reception is very friendly and efficient. It was an enjoyable, laid back holiday and I feel recharged. A perfect stay with very friendly staff. It is a very good snorkeling spot, and all snorkeling equipment were in perfect condition. The complete experience is very good. This is our fourth visit and holiday was enjoyable as usual. The staff as usual were very helpful and pleasant. Room 7C was absolutely lovely, the view was stunning.

We thought the food was very good for a resort and enjoyed being able to eat at Jade Mountain one night. The beach service was excellent. The activities (sunset cruise, private beach dinner, piton snorkeling, whale watching) were good. Great staff for everything. We had two of the best massages we've ever had! We loved the type and variety of excursions and tours available – thanks for all the active and community connected options. I loved Anse Mamin beach, please keep it harder to get to. It was fun evening entertainment especially "Soca". I loved the "house wine" approach and thanks for in room fridge. Overall we loved the seclusion and slightly quirky ambience of Anse Chastanet. The waitresses were lovely and gracious. I wish I remembered the names. Everyone was really lovely. Lunch at Anse Main was wonderful and we loved dinner at the Treehouse and drinks at night at the Piton bar and music was a highlight of our trip. We really appreciated the kind and thoughtful service from all staff. We especially appreciated the upgrade to all air conditioned room. It really made all the difference for our experience here. The food at all the restaurants was incredible. It felt great to be forced to have no TV, computer etc. It was a best vacation ever, great honeymoon spot in the future. The staff is excellent! They do an excellent job of learning names and using them, created an intimate feel. It was an excellent welcome drink and nice surprise. The chefs do a wonderful job, approachable being able to order odd multiple menus at same meal. The various receptions were a nice touch and made us feel welcome.
